Threat at WHS (Update from Williston Fire Department)

The Williston Fire/EMS Department released this statement regarding the bomb threat received at Williston High School today.

The statement includes that, after the extensive search of Williston High School, "nothing was found and the scene was turned back over to school officials," which means classes will resume as usual on Monday.

Also included in the statement is a call for information. "If anyone, especially students has any information that would help with the investigation they should contact the Williston Police Department at 701-577-1212."

We would once again like to take this opportunity to thank the Williston Police Department, Williams County Sheriff's Office, North Dakota Highway Patrol, Williams County SWAT, the United States Air Force, and the Williston Fire/EMS Department for working so diligently to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
