Device Pickup:
  • All appointments are scheduled to happen curbside at Bakken Door 2, 502 West Highland Drive. (WHS students can pick up at WHS).
  • Bring your Device AND your charger to the appointment.
  • Stay in your vehicle when you pull up curbside, we will come to you.
  • If a student is currently in quarantine: We cannot safely swap devices at this time. For the health of our tech team, please communicate with your child's teacher to make alternate arrangements. 
  • Important things to remember for a device appointment:
  • Provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing when booking the appointment.
  • You may be contacted for more info if not enough is provided. If you cannot be reached within 3 hours of your appointment, your appointment may be canceled. If it is canceled, you will receive an email notification.
  • Please be specific in your vehicle description and arrive in the listed vehicle – when you pull up, we are looking for the vehicle that is listed in the appointment.
  • Appointments are set for 10 minutes apart starting at 8:30 am until 4:00 pm. If you are unable to make these times due to specific circumstances, please contact tech services.
  • With the number of appointments we have and our timeline, it is very important to be on time.
  • If you arrive 5 or more minutes late, you will need to reschedule.
  • Bring your device and your charger.
  • If you cannot make it to your appointment, please call us and we will get it rescheduled.

Replacement Chargers

We do not sell replacement chargers. If yours is lost or broken, you may purchase one online through our Purchasing Panel or find it on Amazon.
