COURT DENIES MOTION TO HALT WILLISTON BASIN SCHOOL DISTRICT #7 BOND VOTE

Williston, N.D. (April 16, 2024) The Williston Basin School District #7 announces that the motion for a temporary restraining order to halt the bond vote scheduled for April 17, 2024, has been denied by the honorable Judge of District Court, Benjamen Johnson, today.

The Williston Basin School District 7 is pleased with the Court’s decision and measured reasoning. We look forward to moving forward with the bond vote tomorrow (April 17th), which is being properly put before the qualified residents of the District.

Our dedication to students and the community we serve will always remain our primary focus.
