Stress is something we all deal with in our daily lives, but you can make choices to help minimize it's impact on your health. This week's Partners in Health article, "How to diffuse stress in your life" will help you learn the symptoms of stress, how to reduce it, and when to seek help. https://www.chistalexiushealth.org/health-information/health-topics/how-diffuse-stress-your-life
