Hello Parents,
Your child is bringing home a Parent Information Envelope letting you know about a safe and easy way for our school to raise funds for essential tools our students and teachers need to succeed.
The SchoolStore fundraiser is 100% online so there is NO face-to-face selling, handling money, or delivering products. Your participation will take less than 12 minutes, and there are exciting prizes to make it fun for the students.
Here is all you need to do to participate:
1. Go to https://www.schoolstore.net/sid.t?0000169081 to sign up.
2. Send form emails inviting family, friends and co-workers to support your child.
3. Return the Envelope with the Student Prize Code to school for your child to get their fun participation prize.
Be sure to ask your child for the Parent Envelope tonight. Your participation will make a difference for our school and teachers!
Thanks,
Garden Valley School

Garden Valley Elementary Parents:
With the cancellation of buses this afternoon, we will be opening up the bus lane for car riders. Use all lanes so that traffic does not block the road (60th St).
We always dismiss as quickly as we can however, with the low temperatures, students will dismiss today from inside as it is likely we would be outside for more than ten (10) minutes.
Please do not come inside as that will slow us down.

After reassessing the road conditions, we have decided we will not be running our school buses today for morning or afternoon routes.

Due to icy road conditions, all WBSD7 schools will start 2 hours later than normal on Monday, January 24, 2022. Schools will begin 2 hours after their normal start time, and buses will run 2 hours later than normal for pick up in the morning. School will dismiss at its normal time.
Thank you,
WBSD7
