This Week for the Coyotes!
Reminder that there will be a middle school (boys and girls) track parent meeting on March 5th at 6:00 PM in the Coyote Center (middle school) Cafeteria. See you then!
Due to the weather & road conditions 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟰.
🔸 Busses will run 2 hours later than usual
🔸Earliest time students can be dropped off at schools is 2 hours later than the usual time
🔸No breakfast will be served
🔸Staff will report to work 2 hours later than their usual arrival time

UPDATE - Marketplace for Kids now decided to CANCEL their event for tomorrow, and they hope to reschedule if possible (3/3/24 7:34 PM)
ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Students/Staff scheduled to attend Marketplace for Kids at WSC tomorrow will still be going. Busses will transport students/staff approximately two hours later than originally scheduled.

📢𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃! Public Meeting Schedule for April 17th Bond Vote
In light of community feedback and requests regarding the public meetings about the April 17th Bond vote, revisions were made to the initial schedule, location and format.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Coyote Center Commons at Williston Middle School Central Campus (Door 5) 501 14th St W
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: Weekday meetings will begin at 5:30 PM. Saturday's meeting will begin at 9:00 AM.
𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞: Open House
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: JLG Architects and District Staff
𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: These events will be open house style, allowing attendees to engage with presenters and ask questions at their own pace. While there will be a short presentation at the start, attendees should feel free to arrive at any time during the event. Multiple information stations will be set up for viewing and questioning.
𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Presenters will be available for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours beyond the meeting start time to field questions.
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦: The initial presentation at each public meeting will be livestreamed. However, the open house format following the presentation will not be livestreamed due to the nature of many small conversations occurring.
