August 5 is a MAKE UP DAY. There will be limited staff and shorter times on August 5 meaning we will not be able to see as many people. Please only come on the 5th if you are unable to make it on July 29.
FORMS REQUIRED:
Required forms are attached to this post. Please complete them and bring with you on physical day. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 AND COMING ON YOUR OWN, YOU MUST HAVE THE "EXAM CONSENT FORM" COMPLETED BY A PARENT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND BRING IT WITH YOU. If this form is not completed, the athlete will be turned away.
