Taeler Parpart, a junior at Williston High School, ran for state office this weekend at the North Dakota Association of Honor Societies State Convention in Bismarck. Taeler won Vice President with the campaign slogan of “Play it Smart, Vote Parpart!”

The Williston Chapter was also honored for their $1600 donation to the ND Alzheimer’s Association.

Open to all students entering 7th–12th grade (No Summer P.E. credit)
Cost: $75 (T-shirt included!)(Students need financial assistant please reach out to Activities Office)

🏃♀️ Middle School Track & Field Records Update! 🏃♀️
Exciting things have been happening this track season for our middle school athletes! Over the past couple of meets, several of our middle school girls have been rewriting the record books:
🔶 Isabella Torres broke her own discus record with an impressive throw of 84' 11" at the Sidney MS Invitational, surpassing her previous mark of 83' 7".
🔶 Our 4x800m relay team—Paislen Mills, Kinley Lynch, Arabella Harrington, and Brooke Robbins—set a new school record with a time of 11:20.56 at the Minot HS Invite. They broke the previous record of 11:30.50 set in 2021 by C. Moss, H. Carrier, J. Swanson, and B. Kitchens.
🔶 Elliot Fick set a new long jump record with a leap of 16' 4" at the Sidney MS Invitational! The previous record of 16' 2" was held by Melissa Back and had stood since 1994.
Congratulations to these athletes for their hard work and outstanding achievements! 💪🎉
