We’re thrilled to kick off our More Than a Jersey series with our very first feature! This series highlights the voices of former Coyote athletes — spotlighting the lessons they learned through sport, the challenges they faced, and the growth they experienced both on and off the field.
Our goal is simple:
To connect past and present Coyotes
To remind current athletes that they’re part of something bigger than wins and losses
To share honest reflections on effort, perseverance, and what it truly means to represent WHS

This night also celebrates his legacy by awarding a $500 scholarship to the Girls and Boys “Player of the Game,” sponsored by the Skadeland Family, the Coyote Foundation, WHS, and American State Bank & Trust Co.

WHS JV Drill Team took home State Championships in Hip Hop (3rd year in a row), POM (2nd year in a row) and Soloist Frankie Stonehocker won a State Championship for her Solo!
WHS Drill Team took home State Championships in Hip Hop (7th year in a row), POM (2nd year in a row) and OPEN (2nd year in a row) and Soloist Tristyn Zufelt took home a State Championship for her Solo routine!
