After School Program

The After School Program will begin on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
The After School Program will be available to those students entering grades K-4th in the fall of 2021. The program runs from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The CCLC After School Programs provide children with expanded learning opportunities and enrichment activities outside regular school hours in a safe and healthy environment. The program will follow the WBSD#7 Return to In-Person Learning Plan. Please remember, any time a school building is closed, the After School Program is also closed at that building.

Spots may be limited at schools due to staffing issues. More students will be accepted into the program as more staff is hired.

  • Locations:

    • Hagan Elementary

    • McVay Elementary

    • Missouri Ridge (in progress to potentially offer the program)

    • Wilkinson Elementary

    • Lewis & Clark Elementary (non-grant funded school)

    • Rickard Elementary (non-grant funded school)

    Non-grant funded schools do not meet the requirements for the 21st CCLC grant.

REQUIRED FORMS:
All required forms need to be completed in full in order for your child to be enrolled in the After School Program. There are limited spots available. For those families that are accepted, they will receive an acceptance email.

  3. Page 7 of the family handbook for your school. Please read and sign your school handbook as some changes have been made.

Invoices will be emailed at the beginning of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of the month. Months will not be prorated.
Session fee is based upon income eligibility through WBSD#7 Food Services.
