Meet Our New Public Relations Director

We are pleased to welcome Mrs. Paula Lankford as the new Public Relations Director for Williston Basin School District #7. 

Paula comes to us from Job Service North Dakota - Williston, where she was the Workforce Center Manager for the past five years. She was an employment advisor for JSND Williston prior to her promotion to manager. 

Paula hails from Powers Lake, ND. She obtained her BA in Psychology from Minot State University and her MS in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University. 

Paula worked for The Village Family Service Center for 14 years. Eleven of those years she worked as a Family Therapist and then as Clinical Supervisor in Devils Lake. When she moved to Ray in 2011, she continued to work for The Village as a Development Officer & Counselor. Paula's work experience also includes administrative positions in the gas & oil industry. 

Paula and her husband reside in Ray. They have a blended family of seven daughters and one son. Paula is passionate about helping kids reach their full potential through education. She is excited to help the district strengthen connections with parents, students, school staff, the community and stakeholders.
