Williston Basin School District #7 is happy to announce that Mark Kennedy has been selected as the new Head Football Coach at Williston High School. Mark has been a football coach collegiately and at the high school level for 14 years. Most recently, Mark served as an Assistant Football Coach at Minot High School. Prior to that, Mark was the Head Football Coach at Surrey High School for 6 years. Mark played football at Minot State University, and upon completing his collegiate career, he coached for Minot State University for 4 years. Robert Conley, Athletic Director, had this to say, “We were fortunate to have very talented candidates apply for this position. Ultimately, we felt that Mark possessed the knowledge and skills to lead our program. We are thrilled to have Mark join the Williston Coyotes. Mark has a strong understanding of the game and will be a great leader for our football program.
