This is a project budget for the potential new elementary school.

The School Board has not yet selected a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). Once the CMAR is selected there may be cost adjustments, but not to exceed 55 million.

The project budget represents our most accurate estimate, compiled from extensive input from multiple contractors. Should the project cost fall below $55 million, the surplus funds will be allocated towards enhancing, renovating, remodeling, constructing, and equipping school facilities.
